2. Customer Account
Customers may be required to create an account to use subscription-based Digital Business Card features.
Customers are responsible for:

- Providing accurate information for their Digital Business Card.
Customers should immediately contact MahitiAds if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Digital Business Card
Customers are responsible for the information they add to their Digital Business Card.
Customers must not use the service to publish content that is:
- Illegal
- Fraudulent
- Misleading
- Abusive
- Infringing on another person’s intellectual property
- Harmful or threatening
- Otherwise prohibited by applicable law
MahitiAds reserves the right to restrict or remove content or cards that violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
4. Public Card URL
Published Digital Business Cards may be accessible through a unique public URL.
Anyone who has access to the public URL may be able to view the information displayed on the card.
Customers should therefore avoid publishing confidential, sensitive, or private information on their public Digital Business Card.
5. Subscription
Digital Business Card features may require an active subscription.
Available subscription plans, prices, and applicable features are displayed on the Pricing & Plans page before purchase.
The subscription period begins after successful payment verification and activation.
6. Payment
Payments for subscriptions are processed through the payment gateway or payment service provider made available by MahitiAds.
Customers agree to provide accurate payment and billing information where required.
MahitiAds does not store customers’ complete card or banking credentials.
Payment processing may be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment service provider.
7. Subscription Expiry
Subscription access is available for the period selected and successfully purchased by the customer.
After the subscription expires, subscription-based features may become unavailable until the subscription is renewed or reactivated, where applicable.
8. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Customers should review the Cancellation & Refund Policy before purchasing a subscription.
9. Customer Content
Customers retain responsibility for the information and content they submit to their Digital Business Card.
By using the service, customers confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use the information, logos, images, trademarks, and other materials they publish.
10. Intellectual Property
The MahitiAds website, service interface, software, branding, design elements, and original content provided by MahitiAds may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit MahitiAds proprietary materials without permission.
11. Service Availability
MahitiAds aims to keep the service available and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

14. Limitation of Liability

However, MahitiAds is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party service interruptions, internet failures, hosting problems, or unauthorized access resulting from the customer’s failure to secure their account.
